Drip bag, but make it special.

Today I reached for one of the drip bags I brought back from my recent trip—Doi Chang beans from Chiang Rai, roasted by @graphcoffee.co

Before even getting into the cup, I have to say—this place had been on my list for a long time. When I finally got there, it was packed. A long queue, a buzzing space, and that unmistakable energy of a café doing something right. And honestly? Worth every single minute. I made sure to bring a few bags back with me.
Today felt like the perfect day to revisit that memory.

No grinders, hi tech gear—just the simplicity of a drip bag brew. Hot water poured slowly, watching the grounds bloom inside that compact little filter. The aroma rose immediately—deep, comforting, familiar.

In the cup, it delivered exactly what I hoped for. Dark chocolate richness upfront, followed by a warm hazelnut nuttiness, and a gentle buttery sweetness that rounded everything out. It’s not a loud or complex cup—but it’s incredibly satisfying. The kind of coffee that feels like a quiet conversation rather than a performance.

Sometimes, a simple brew carries the strongest memories.
And today, this cup took me right back to Chiang Rai. ☕✨
