Easy pour over

  1. Ingredients

    • Coffee – 15 g

    • Water – 250 g

    • Water temperature: 96°C

    Brewing Method

    1. Prepare your brewer
      Rinse the filter with hot water and discard the rinse water. Add 15 g of medium-ground coffee.

    2. First Pour (Bloom)
      Start your timer and pour 45 g of water evenly over the grounds (3x coffee weight).
      Let it bloom until 0:30 seconds.

    3. Second Pour
      At 0:30, continue pouring slowly and steadily until the total water reaches 250 g.

    4. Drawdown
      Allow the water to fully drain through the coffee bed.

    Target Time

    • Total brew time: 2:15–3:00 minutes (depending on grinder and brewer)

    Clean, sweet, balanced body with gentle clarity.

    Quick Tips

    • If it tastes sour: grind finer or extend brew time.

    • If it tastes bitter: grind coarser or pour slightly faster.
